It’s hard to believe another spring is already here! I am looking forward to the slowness of summer. It hit me a few weeks ago that I had taken barely any pictures of the kids this spring! With beautiful spring sunsets upon us, I packed up the kiddos and got them out at Ferry Point Park in Kent Island Maryland for a sunset of pictures.
Once I start photographing them, it’s always hard to stop. I am so happy with these and love having these moments captured. At this moment we have Noah (8), about to finish 2nd. Loves reading, being outside, searching for bugs and frogs and silly humor! Mylo (almost 6) our lone girly. Loves dressing up, changes her clothes frequently, doing great with reading, has tons of friends and starting playing lacrosse this spring. Our “baby” Nash is almost three! He’s still a peanut guy, but really finding his own. Big into cars and trains, loves to throw sand and rocks when he gets the chance and adores being around his big sibs! We tackled potty training this spring and I can’t believe we are done with diapers. Wow, it really goes fast!
I love being their Momma. It is my favorite job. I really love my photography and am constantly finding balance between the two. In almost eight years of doing this, I have finally accepted that they come first. When they are sick, I am home with them. When they need me, I am there. With photography a close second. I know you all understand and feel the same way. Happy early Mommas day to all of my Mommas. I love doing this with you. You (and your people) are SO important to me. Thank you for all of you!!!
