After I learn what your hopes and dreams are for your session, it's time to make the magic happen.
We will take a lot of pictures, in five years of shooting, I know how to give you a gallery full of variety for magic you planned on, and magic you didn't expect. Oh la la!
The pictures then get their final touches through my unique film like editing process...
Each and every selected image is then hand edited to perfection. Each of your pictures deserves this final step and personal touch before it makes it's way into your
delivered gallery.

initial meeting
Inquire here on the website and I will send you back a reply within 48 hours. I love email, sue me.

booking
I will send over a contract and option to officially book me as your photographer, all easily done electronically. Woo hoo!

PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
I will make sure you are prepared for your pictures! I will send you anemail series to help you prepare and will ask you till out a questionnaire so that I can get to know you better!

Almost go time!
I will check in with you before your session with any last minute questions or thoughts, I am here for you!

portrait time
I will be there every step of the way to make sure everything that means so much is captured behind the lens.

when should I inquire about pictures!
As soon as possible! I can only serve so many families in a given season, reach out ASAP if interested in pictures.
What is your style?
Light, bright, and airy. I love minimalism, nothing better then a gorgeous white wall, window light or a sun lit beach. I want the focus to be on you.
I am greatly inspired by FUJI film and
Kodak Portra film processing.
how do i know if we are the right fit?
Make sure you are in love with the way my pictures are edited and the bright and airy style. Your pictures will be similar!
I am very laid back and go with the flow, I love to have fun while taking pictures, this job is too joyful to not be in the moment having a blast! Does this sound like you? Then I am probably your girl!
What areas do you serve?
For in home Newborns, I travel all over Maryland and love exploring new places!
How many pictures can we expect?
For family and newborn work, 100 + images minimum. I am an over shooter by heart!
How soon will I have my pictures?
Within three weeks, I will edit them as soon as I get home if given the chance :)
Why are newborns in home?
After having my own three children, I find it easier to be at home and to have all of your own baby things on hand, I want that for my Mommas!!
I will find the good light, I promise!
do i need props for newborn sessions?
No way sister, dress that baby in a well fitting outfit (white onesies work great!), I will have a few neutral swaddles as well. That is really all you need for great pictures! The focus should be all about you and your baby, keep it simple!
Favorite thing to photograph?
Baby yawns, New Mommas holding their darling babies and beachy families.
